Hi, pain in the hips, back, sciatica and leg pain/numbness are common symptoms and can sometimes be worse around time of period and sometimes worse post cycle.

It's a very uncomfortable and often painful and draining time so make sure to take pain relief or a combination of aids such as hot water bottle.

I hope this helps a little.

Best regards

Thanks for replying 😊

I’m always popping pills just seems to be getting worse atm 😩 I can’t/won’t use hot water bottles anymore due to getting burns on my back and stomach.

Just another lovely side effect I will have to grin and bare I guess xx

i did. Very deep on the hip and also groin and leg. It's improved 95% with removing an endometrioma and untangling my ovaries which were stuck near rectum 🤦‍♀️ can only assume it was pressing on nerves or ligaments

I had an op in 2020 and everything improved guessing it’s just growing back again 😩

Just have to wait to start the process of actually getting to see a specialist then be put on the wait list for another op I guess. Xx

I think this is also my symptoms so I'm looking forward to when they eventually are able to give operation dates. It's great to hear yours was a successful surgery

Same here. Pain in lower back, right hip, groin, bum, sciatica so uncomfortable that I can’t walk unaided. Ovulation kicks it off, sometimes it’s there after sex but not always. Suppose it depends on where I am with my cycle. I’ve found if my feet are cold or I sit on a cold floor it’s definitely worse so I always wear slippers and socks to keep the cold out of my leg 😆 hope that makes sense! And sitting on a hot water bottle does help but appreciate your worries about burns. Maybe try an electric blanket on the bed on not too high just to keep you warm? Massage does help and stretches but it only feels better after a bit - my hip and leg feel alike they’ve got a hangover for a good half a day afterwards so a pain killer helps then. But then it passes and I think I’m going mad with all the symptoms my body presents. Good job hubby is there to tell me I’m not going insane 😂
