Painful night

Struggling with the pain tonight, ive taken my mefenemic acid and my amytriptyline but its not cutting it. My stomach feels so bloated, my ovaries hurt and my back is burning. Sat with my knees up to my chest debating on a trip to A&E. What can i do?

Last night I’m in pain too, but i just sleep with it

. Woke up and still in pain

Feeling heavy and back hurt

I cant sleep with it - its too much. Even if i do sleep it wakes me up but thanks for the reply

Last night I slept around 3 something and woke up with pain around 5am

Now I’m trying to sleep, fix peppermint tea to calm me...

I would go to a+e, don't sit and suffer hun!!! xx

What will a&e usually do?

I dont know the pain has never been this bad before, i feel like everything is being pulled on and everything is on fire

if the pain didn’t do, pls go to the A&E!

In the meanwhile try heating patches or hot water bottle ..

And if possible try get some rest and sleep

If it's that bad they can try and manage the pain for you, thats something at least. Iv just came out of hospital after going to a+e and being admitted now iv got some meds that are giving me abit of relief xxx

It is 8am here, I usually had bad pain in the morning plus i will get my period in 2 days...

Hi, I’ve had a few times when I’ve been like this. Medication doesn’t help, can’t sleep in too much pain!

If you’ve taken your medication and the pain isn’t easing go to A & E, they can give you some stronger medication that will hopefully ease the pain. I’ve been to A & E before and was given morphine etc, please don’t sit and suffer.
