Vomiting and Unable to sit still

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced episodes of vomiting in the morning with endometriosis?

I am currently on my cycle and I feel so nauseous in the mornings to the point of being physically sick.

The pains in my abdomen make me fidget so much when sitting I find myself moving position constantly.

I know it will ease off shortly but then shortly after a period I know the symptoms can often be worse.

Its so draining and relentless!

Hey! I usually get strong nausea and vomiting while I’m on my period (but in the nighttime rather than the morning) & I believe it is my body’s response to being in pain. My advice would be; stock up on antacids (Rennies work best for me), try and eat little and often (lots of fresh veg if you can) and try a Tens unit for the pain! Hope you feel better soon xx

Thankyou yes I think I will get some Rennie as I have been having terrible heart burn.I usually experience it when ovulating aswell and sometimes pain is worse.
