Hello Amalia44
If you have concerns about your heart rate you should see your GP to ensure you get the correct medication. It's a good idea to check with your doctor or another health professional before taking any vitamins or supplements

Hi, LynneI went to my gP 20 times. Beta blockers made me feel worse. I am desperate. Dont know what yo do to slow my heart pulse.
Hi Amalia,
Have you had a 24-hr ECG and a transthoracic echo to rule out any underlying heart conditions? Have you had your thyroid levels checked? Have you been given any indication as to what may be the underlying cause?
Some questions to consider. There are alternatives to beta blockers but it’s definitely one to discuss with a cardiologist.
You can try the vagus manoeuvre at home which can be very helpful.
Good luck x
