Hi, thank you for your reply. Finally someone who can understand what i am going through. I have not been givdn any medication for endometriosis. It does not exist. I have to wait fir the surgery. And this can take many many months. I wait since May. The issue is that almost no doctor relates endometriosis with high pulse , depression, hypertension, nervosity, tremor. I asked so many doctors here in Belgium and nobody could give me a definite answer.

They gave me heart tablets / beta blockers, and i felt even worse. They gave me pills for depression also.

Nothing makes me feel normal like before.

I hope i will be back to normal after the endo surgery.

Hi Amalia. I think you should contact your specialist to ask for advise of how to deal with it, maybe you feel a bit tense and in this case yoga help or there may be something else going on. I didn’t know stage 5 endometriosis exist. How do you feel about it and how is your pain? do they know where your endometriosis is spread?

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis grade 4 spread a bit everywhere on my tummy, been under GNRH injection for 7 months now which stops me having periods waiting for surgery. Wish you all the best.

Hi, Adele! Thank you for your answer. I have seen many doctors, they cannot find a treatment for my high pulse. The endo is spread in my uterus, ovaries and somewhere outside of the uterus on the right side. So my only hope is to find a doctor to do the surgery. I only have pain at touch/ when havibg intercourse. Othwerwise i dont have pain.

Hi hope you get the best gp u can. And I hope they can get to bottom of this and sort it out. I think its horrible where they are leaving alot of endometriosis people untreated.

I didnt know about endometriosis stage 5 either. I only knew about 1/4 must be new. But in past they only had stage 1 max and now it's all escalated.

In the U.K. we use American grading of 1-4! Other countries likely use other types of grading! I’m in the U.K. and far surpass the stage 4 mark! I am considered stage 5!.. Although not sure if that’s stage 5 of other nations or just you’re so disease ridden that your unstageable!

Anyway, the reason we have Endo is because we have high levels of estrogen in relation to progesterone! Estrogen weakens the heart so will give you a high heart rate and high blood pressure! Progesterone gives you the opposite! Usually pots!

So that’s why we all have a high pulse rate and high blood pressure! Fish oil will reduce it! Xx

Hi, the endo can be very disruptive to the HPA axis which can affect your blood pressure and heart rate. It’s worth noting you can get co-morbid issues with other hormones going on when you have endo that might be worth your GP keeping an eye on that could be aggravating the blood pressure. These include thyroid and cortisol level problems. Ensuring you have sufficient water on board daily is really important with blood pressure issues as it helps with maintaining fluid regulation in your body . Some folk use the measure of 1/2 litre per 15kg of weight - I use no more than 3 litres a day and that helps my HPA axis. There’s some useful research indicating the same gene NPSR1 is involved with endo, IBS, heart regulation, anxiety, asthma etc all of which responds well to a Mediterranean type diet rich in Omega 3 . Some possibilities that endo sufferers have a higher requirement of Omega 3 so the heart stuff might also benefit by reason. Check with your medics if you are wanting to add Onega 3 supplements though to ensure it’s not a problem mixing the two.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. I have also tremor in my legs every night. I have no idea if this is related to endo or i hsve another illness too.

Hormone imbalances can do the weirdest of things to the whole physiology. It maybe or may not be related.
