laparoscopy follow up appointment

hello, the doctor has advised that he could not see any signs of endo on my uterus but my one ovary was quite large and has advised that ovaries were moving freely and that my bladder was sat on top of my uterus. I said I still have a dull period pain now in my stomach and back and he said well yes when you have a period after a laparoscopy this happens, to which I reminded him that I don’t have periods due to the pain and go straight through with my cerelle. He is now sending me to a bowel specialist as he said endo can sit in the bowel. He does not know why the one ovary was large and said there is nothing more he can do for me. To say I’ve paid to have this done privately, I’m a little gutted and feel that this may have not been looked at right. I was only in with him for about 6 minutes and this is the first time I have seen him since before my op.
