‘pseudo cyst’ post hysterectomy/ovary removal - any experiences?

Im a few years post hysterectomy and ovaries removed and been have had bouts of severe pain in my left lower pelvis and bowel issues, resulted in referral to endo specialist again. MRI has shown a ‘pseudo cyst’ (looks to be old debris and blood Incase in scar tissue?) measures 6x4cm. Possibly left from heamotoma that developed a few days post op.

Long shot - but anyone had any experience of this - had it surgically removed? Unsure about putting myself through surgery again as I have a lot of scar tissue already - especially as I will be self funding.
