Hi my polish friend said this and she could be right tbh (It's all true what you say. Living with an illness means limitations and sacrifices. I don't know, but maybe it would be beneficial to induce menopause to stop the hyperplasia of the endometriosis and the bleeding cycle.) Has anyone else had this and has it worked?

I was on Decapeptyl and Prostap for a time (both similar to Zoladex and induce menopause) and I put on a couple stone in weight

Hard to say. I’ve been on Zoladex since 2013, then got diagnosed with diabetes soon after starting the injections (not the cause). I had to change my diet to low carb and lost a stone, and have kept it off since.

First course of Zoladex I had I gained about 2 stone but my appetite increased and I ate a lot, not sure if it was circumstantial or due to the drug as I’d changed my job and began studying. However, I’ve had 3 courses of prostap since then and my weight stayed the same I only had ad-back therapy with the last 2 courses.
