Hi ladies.

Just wanted to talk about having time off . I've been off work since July with this and depression but for me they go hand in hand.

How to do people manage?

Are we entitled to any sort of payment/benefit.

Thanks x

Hi! I gave up work a couple of months ago due to endo pain & fatigue, anxiety & depression, and I am receiving Employment Support Allowance at the moment. My health questionnaire is being reviewed, after which I expect they will contact me to let me know whether they expect me to get back into work or if I can continue to receive benefits until my health is improved. It’s not a lot of money compared to working full time, but it’s helping take some of the pressure off the family finances. Hopefully you would be entitled to claim some of this support too, though it does depend on your overall National Insurance contributions. Best of luck xxx
