Surgery date for full hysterectomy Including bowel surgery needed

Hi everyone

I have finally got my date for my surgery January I'm getting a full hysterectomy but i may need bowel surgery also with my endo being attached to my bowel they have said 6-8 weeks off and I should be only in hospital for the one day when I have had done as hopefully getting it all done by keyhole surgery

Has anyone else had this done

Any advice and experiences please

I wanted to wish you luck for January and at least you have time to prepare yourself mentally and physically for this operation. I can’t offer advice as I am currently waiting for a hysterectomy x
