Difficulty losing weight

Hello,

I was wondering whether others are also struggling with losing weight. I feel that regardless how much I eat/what I eat my body weight doesn't change. I experience a lot of bloating and water retention and this most of the time makes me feel uncomfortable in my own body, however, I haven't really found anything that can help. Any tips or experiences welcome :)

Thanks

Hi I have found this since being on decepeptyl injections, the weight won’t shift and I am hardly eating lolFor water retention I get water pills from the GP, over the counter ones don’t work for me. I get bensruflomeziade (spelt something like that 🤣) x

Hi, low carb diet is the only thing that worked for me. There is plenty of info out there but with the help of myfitness pal you can measure your carbs, fat, protein intake. Hope it helps

I second this. I went low carb after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2 - the weight dropped off in months and I felt more energetic.
