Effect of IVF hormonal treatment (oestrogen and progesterone) on endo and fibroids

I'm new to this group - I have endo (diagnosed 10 months ago), and went through IVF this year, with a couple of bits of surgery along the way to remove fibroids in my womb. Happily, the IVF worked and I'm nearly 8 weeks pregnant but I have to continue taking daily oestrogen and progesterone until 12 weeks to support the pregnancy. I'm a bit dubious about the hormone treatment, which makes me feel quite ill and gives me a headache but I can't get any info from medical people about the effects of these hormones on endo and fibroids. Does anyone know of research in this area?
