I was diagnosed with endo in September 2017 after a laparoscopy to confirm and remove it. I luckily fell pregnant late last year and welcomed my baby girl on 1st August. I let myself have one natural period after birth before going back onto the pill. However for the last couple of weeks my endo pain has returned, going into my hip and leg. I was pain free my whole pregnancy and now it’s back I am hating it! Any tips to help ease the pain?
