Just saw this today which has brightened up my day. As someone who is currently trying to conceive for the last year and 2 months without success, and suffering from stage 3-4 Endo. Thought I share this out there. Stay positive ladies xxx

Congrats! How long have you been trying? Did you do anything to help with conceiving?

Hi I have stage 4 endo and after a lap with excision I successfully went on to have a little girl naturally and we have male factor fertility issues as well. So don’t give up hope 😊

hi. Stage 4 here with various other complications, we tried for 4 years before getting the endometriosis diagnosis when they thought my appendicitis had ruptured. Fast forward and a few years and the bsge specialist said the damage was that bad even ivf was a very long shot, we decided to have a go anyway as we'd regret not trying and a our little miracle is one this week 😊, good luck 😊 xx

I have had three laps for severe endo and I was pregnant the first month of trying after letting my cycle settle for six months. My son is now 15 months and although the endo is back with a vengeance, he is gorgeous and shows that it doesn’t always mean fertility problems 😊 x

Definitely gives me hope. It’s so disheartening to know we tried so hard each month to make sure I have a good chance of getting preg, but then my period comes. Whereas it’s so easy for others to get preg (I have had 7 friends who fell preg in the one year i was trying) xx

I can imagine it must be horrible for you, when you do get pregnant though, either naturally or with some help, it will all be worth it! My gynae said that if I tried for one year and needed her then they would look at helping then, might be worth asking?

it really is horrible to know that all my friends can get pregnant naturally and i just can't. I am trying to be positive though, how hard the journey might be. Yep, we have gone to our doc and they are referring us. xxx

Hi, I just wanted to say I was diagnosed with severe endo about 15 years ago after a year of trying to conceive, I had two operations and went to a nutritionalist. We fell naturally with my daughter a few months after the second surgery and about three months under nutritionalist...my daughter is now 12 😊

There is hope x

Wow, did you have key hole surgery? Thanks, really hopeful after hearing people's stories. xxx

Yeah 2 keyhole surgeries b4 we conceived. Saw nutritionalist after second op and was told that dairy made endometriosis worse (not sure if her info is/was accurate) but I cut right back on my dairy intake which was hard considering I'm vegetarian lol. She put me on a load of supplements after testing my hair and we conceived...could not tell u what helped the most but the combination of surgery, changing my diet and taking a combination of personalised supplements we conceived...took us 3 years in total but we got there in the end😉

I have a grown up son I had young, then struggled to have any with hubby. It took 5 years &10 months of TTC to get a endo diagnosis. We had a chemical pregnancy after my first lap, then after my third lap( this time endo surgeon) I conceived my 13 month old daughter . I have just found out I’m pregnant again ( 4 weeks so very early days) hope that offer others hope. xxx
