feeling so anxious - first lap on tues

I have my first lap on Tuesday and I'm starting to get really anxious. I have to leave my toddler for the day and I'm worried about him getting upset after too as I won't be able to pick him up/play etc. I'm also worried about dying and leaving him behind!!

Any top tips?
