Mini pill not working

Hey ladies, feeling quite lost and hoping I’m not alone in this situation! I’m under investigation for having endometriosis.. I have been taken the combined pill to help with the pain and it did help somewhat but unfortunately I had to come off due to aura migraines, so they’ve moved me onto the mini pill which I have tried before but it doesn’t seem to work for me at all! Am I the only one? I don’t know what else to do/try. My pain has just gone back to where it was. Any help/advice would be really appreciated! Thank you xxx

Sorry to hear you’re in pain. Are you taking 75 mcg of desogestrel currently? There is an option to double this to 150 mcg to see if that works, which you could ask about.
