I'm feeling feverish but no temperature Any one experience with Ethinyl Estradiol (30mcg)+ Dienogest (2mg)

Hi, last 3 days I feeling tired, feverish and sore in my mouth. Today early morning 5.30 I feel go to bathroom urgently then came abdominal pain, 9am spotting and 7.30 evening. I'm taking ocp pills but this is new to me. Now I'm completed 19 ocp .
