In all honesty it could be a bit of both, I'd recommend getting some help, I was in your place a year ago and it only got worse. I didn't get help until after a tried to jump in traffic, please do go for help now ❤
hi hun how's u doing? I'm sorry to hear that ur suffering 🙁 unfortunately it's probably a bout of depression caused by the constant pain and stress of having endometriosis, I have phases of depression that can last from wks to month's. I can be OK one second and then pissed off with everyone the next, arguing with my partner n crying for unknown reasons?I no longer take anti depressants as I found that they made me numb.
plz try to give urself a break, this is normal I would be more concerned if you didn't break down from time to time. chronic pain is exhausting and hard enough, not to mention the side effects from the medication.
my partner is so supportive but sometimes I don't feel he understands what I go through, and that in itself is a lonely place 😔 I hope that you feel better soon but if you ever want to chat to someone who understands, please let me know xxxx
I hear you hun, maybe speaking to someone will help? if you want to try a natural anti depressant first , talk to your doctor about St John's wart (it's a plant in tablet form) it has less side effects and isn't addictive, hope you feel better soon and my offer still stands if you want to chat xxx
