Multiocular Cysts, should they be removed?

I’ve been seeing a gynaecologist for a couple of years. She left the hospital & another one took over. Without seeing any further scans he’s said I should really have the cysts out that I have on my ovaries. They are only 1cm but one is multiocular they are related to my endometriosis. He said there is a small chance that the multiocular one could turn cancerous. The soonest he can review me again is September however I am going through the adoption process so I can’t really be having any operations from September onwards. He can however fit me in theatre privately at the end of July for a cost of £3100. I’m really stuck as to what to do as I thought they only removed cysts that were 5cm or bigger. I don’t want to put myself through an operation or spend a chunk of my savings if it is unnecessary but I don’t want a ticking time bomb inside of me either. Has anyone else been in this position with multiocular cysts? It’s not helped that all my gynaecology appointments including the previous ones have been done really quickly over the phone. Thanks for any help.
