I started my period 2 days ago . About 2 days before up until now I have had a throbbing headache . I do sometimes get ‘hormone headaches ‘ leading up to my period but usually not for this long . I can’t say that it’s been constant but it’s been prominent a lot of the time .
I’ve had a covid test so I know it’s not that .
I was just wondering if any of you have found this alongside periods and if you had anything that helped ease the headache or made it worse ?
Thanks so much ,

Hi I think you could benefit from using natural progesterone cream it is very safe it was created by a pharmacist called John Lee and advocated BT the late Dr Katherina Dalton who also got migraine headaches and worked out it was due to low progesterone
I get it too.. It's horrible. Sometimes I'm lucky to not get it but most of the time around 2 days. I got sumatriptans prescribed and it works okay. Last time I took a paracetamol at the same time and that seems to have made me function even better. Don't know if it's recommended though haha.
My headaches tend to be a lot worse/get triggered if I've slept too little or didn't eat well (enough). Also alcohol can trigger it for me. Oh and stress.
