intra-abdominal candidasis?

hi all - anyone know anything about intra abdominal candidasis? Im just wondering if i have it- I have endometriosis but manage it with diet, supplements, essential oils, excercise and cold water, to the point it doesn't trouble me too much now - but i have ongoing discomfort (like a dull ache) all over in my abdomen that comes and goes in severity - but when its bad (quite often it is) it makes me feel unwell (sick, achey, headachy, fatigued etc). when i had my laporoscopy i was told i had a really bad bacterial infection inside - it also showed that i had a bacterial infection when i had a sexual health screening, but my doctor doesnt think i have a bacterial infection (i have no discharge or anything like that) and the BV test i did recently showed negative. Ive read that intra-abdominal candidasis can be misdiagnosed as bacterial infection- as it is relatively unknown about -anyone know anything about it and if so, anything that can be done about it? Interesting. I have no answers but I've been wondering if it's possible to have a pelvic infection without discharge and with negative swabs. My GP says it's not but I have all the symptoms. Well, it's either that or endo or IC. Still looking for answers. Hope you get your soon too xx
