Lightheaded when standing!

Hi all!

I’ve always been lightheaded on standing and Drs haven’t been able to find a reason (sitting to standing BP was fine last time I went) since my laparoscopy and endo and cyst removal it’s been a lot worse, I sometimes have to go to kneeling as I feel so faint! Has anyone else had this?! I drink loads of water like 2-3 litres a day so it’s not dehydration either X

Orthostatic hypotension? I get it too but I don’t know of any link with surgery

Low on iron? Taking hormones?
