Pulling and tearing pain when standing and moving...

Has anyone else suffered with this? i have been having really horrible tearing and pulling pain just around where my womb is in the last few weeks. Waiting for a lap appt and on Naproxin for the pain but it isn't really doing the trick- nearly burst into tears in the shop today after bending down to pick up tinned tomatoes. I feel like someone's trying to pull my insides out :(

Any advice or experiences on how to deal with this, or what it could be? Xx

Hello

So sorry your in so much pain! Does it make you feel like you can't stand up properly? I often experience a sharp pain when I am bending and it's so painful when I have to stand up again, if I can I stay bent until it eases off a bit! (hope that makes sense)

I have been diagnosed with endo and have had two laps.

It sounds silly but it even really hurts to get out of bed sometimes. This morning I could feel the pain when I woke up and I had to just lie there for a while and then kind of roll out of bed. It does seem to be when I've been sitting for a while and then move. Sometimes it is so intense and surprising I let out a noise like a stepped on cat!

Was your endo removed during the laps? If it is endo, I just want to know, and see if they can remove whatever it is?

Thanks Carolyn x

I have this too! Tends to be first thing in the morning for me, especially when I'm on my period. I've also had it a few times where after having this tearing sensation, I get a bit of light spotting. I've found taking some painkillers helps and putting my hot water bottle on my stomach.

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear you are in so much pain. I have experience something similar to this, but it was on my sides and it felt like someone was pulling me apart from the inside out, I had my lap and it turned out I had adhesions on both ovaries. It was awful, I was in so much pain I would have to stop breathing for a few seconds just to ease my body into it (if that makes sense), it was surprising and I would sometimes yelp in pain and have cried many time times because of it. For me endo pain is usually like someone is rubbing hot coals on my insides, but this was like someone took a bread knife and started rubbing the edges of it all over me. It was 10 times worse than normal endo.

When I had my lap, the divided the adhesions and removed the endo.

Best of luck and feel better soon x
