Possible pregnancy signs? No period after the prostap but pregnancy symptoms!

Ladies, I need advice. I was on the prostap3 injection for 12 months. My last one was in december. Me and my partner have been trying for a baby. I haven't had a period since the injections. The past 2 weeks I have been feeling nauseous, headaches, cramps and weeing a lot more! But the pregnancy test is negative. I have had spotting (only when wiping after a wee) and that lasted a 1 day. I cant have my morning coffee anymore as it make me feel more sick, my sense of smell has hightened...I'm just wondering, could it be a pregnancy or have I just totally gone mad and convinced myself I am pregnant? The negative test has lowered my mood and made me think I've just convinced myself...either that or its too early... any advice would be brilliant!
