Transdermal patch/Morphine patch for pain!!!

I’ve recently been diagnosed with arthritis and nerve damage aswell as my stage 3 endo and no matter what tablets they give me they don’t touch the sides I’m on codocamol 30mg and gabapentin 300mg and nothing works I’m having to phone ambulances every few weeks. Well after giving up a friend has give me afew of these babys and WOW WOW WOW I don’t feel any pain atall for the whole 4 days I can wear them these are AMAZING I for one are guna fight for these and just wondering in anyone on here has been allowed them for pain ????

Hi, I just wanted to advise be careful with using "medication" from friends. They have been prescribed purposely for your friend for their personal problems. These patches are not normally prescribed easily... plus there a type.of opioid so they can be addictive. Please be careful and speak to a specialised health care professional before using these...

Hi I understand fully but she has the same diagnosis as me but her doctor is a lot more understanding than mine and my mum also has the same diagnosis as me and is also on them!

Yep I'm on patches now, just trying it out to start with. Just to give me a break from the morphine.Are you under pain management team?

This has almost become a last resort now.
