Shooting pain down legs?

Hi everyone! I have stage 3 endo, and am just over three weeks post excision surgery. I’m just on my first period after surgery (omg it’s heavy). I’m wondering if any of you experience shooting pains down your leg, right to your foot, during your period? And especially when you walk, or straighten your leg? I’ve experienced it in the past on my right side, but this is the first time on my left, and I have no idea what it is! Any insight would be hugely appreciated! 🙏💕
