Didn’t get depo injection again...Feel awful

Hello,

I am currently on waiting list for lap and was given depo injection to try but i didn’t feel like it did anything for me. As i was still in pain in my hips and back and constant d pain in the inside of my legs in the crotch area. So i decided I wasn’t going to get another one and come of contraception to see what my period was like to try and prove it can’t be endometriosis. (I have been on contraception since 14 and only came of to have a baby then went straight back on the pill) My injection was due on 10th Feb and on the 15 feb i started getting familiar symptoms and the hip pain, stretching pain at my pelvis/c section scar line , iv had a migraine for 5 days and feel sick have indigestion, stabbing pains occasionally in my vagina I just feel awful. When i was on injection I was still sore but pain more around hips than in my pelvis. I suppose i’m writing because i’m just disappointed i got so unwell after coming of injection and wanted to know is their any side affects when coming of it? I assume not as iv come of pill , coil and implant and never had any. I am just desperate for it not to be endo but i’m always panicking that when i get the lap nothing will be found and il be back to square one. Think i just needed to moan somewhere that people will know what i am going through.
