Anyone suffer from chocolate cysts?

Hi all,

Does anyone suffer from chocolate cysts and know any natural remedies for them? My endo has been driving me insane whilst waiting for my routine keyhole due to covid delays and now I seem to have regular chocolate cysts which I've managed to avoid for a few years. I have constant tar like bleeding and bad pelvic and lower back pain. My doctors aren't too worried but it's driving me insane. Over counter meds barely take the edge off and I can't take stronger painkillers due to a heart condition. Does anyone know any natural remedies to stop the cysts getting so angry?

Hi i get chocolate cysts heating pads or hot water bottle and TENs machine that i can put on back and stomach at the same time help take some of the edge off but not found anything that takes it away all together
