Belly button pain

Hi! Is it normal to get radiating belly button pain after a laparoscopy with a belly button insition? I am over a week post op and have started getting a shooting radiating pain from my belly button down to lady parts, maybe nerve? Is that normal? Thanks and merry Christmas x

I found the same thing after mine and it was put down to healing pain as the stomach readjusted, if you’re struggling though I’d speak to a gp so they can check everything is okay and see what they can give you xx

It's bizarre isn't it? I presume it's normal but also I'm not sure and wanted to see if others had it! Thanks for the reply! If it doesn't ease I will thanksxx

Hi, can I ask if you still have this sensation still? I had my laparoscopy back in October and still have this sensation every now and then.
