Gonapeptyl - anxiety and palpitations

I had my first gonapeptyl injection after my lap to remove an endometrioma a week ago. First few days were fine then from nowhere I've started having sudden waves of massive anxiety, like sheer terror and strange palpitations. It does pass eventually but it wakes me in the night, comes over me just sat watching TV. Has anyone else suffered like this and does it get better?? I also have the coil and am due to start HRT gel at my next injection in 3 weeks.
