I'm looking for support. I've been told 6 yrs ago I might have endo- only diagnosis was through going on the injection and all symptoms improving.
I didn't stay on deppo long as it increased symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Forward a few years and I was symptom free, healthy pregnancy... now 3yrs on from the birth I feel like slowly symptoms have been building each month/year.
Now, I'm struggling with pelvic pain from ovulation through to my period. It's all one sided. Pain in my flank, same side as pelvic pain, feels like what would be a kidney infection, never is, pelvic pain that is a dull ache, stabbing, painful twinge, cramping. This also affects my lower back and into the tops of my legs. Around ovulation it's like a burning sensation, discomfort in my stomach. Spotting. Rectal bleeding. Stabbing pains in rectum. Colic like pain in stomach, sometimes I can't sit down without it being agony. Same as passing a bowel movement. All these things are at their worse from ovation through to my period. Period cycles also irregular. No heavy bleeding but often lots of small clots or short bleeds of just 3-4 days.
I'm finding the pain this cycle awful. Spent the weekend in bed. Hot water bottle and pain killers. Pain van subside but then worsen as I move around.
I'm waiting for a call back from gp this morning to rule out a water infection.
I feel absolutely drained. In constant pain and worried.
Does this sound like endo?
Previously I've been prescribed cerazette which I've not taken, but would it help? Would it help eliminate some symptoms?
Should I be pushing for a referral? Scan? MRI? I'm reading such conflicting advice everywhere!
