Hello I had a laparoscopy Thursday before last where stage 4 endometriosis was treated and ovarian cyst was removed and I’m just wondering about how my cycle will now work, I was due on my period normally yesterday. How do I work out now where I am in my cycle? Thanks in advance.

Surgey can mess with the cycle timing. Just as stress can.
Also heads up that the first couple of periods can be bad. But it's because you've been poked and prodded.
