Prostap 3 months after stopping pain on injection site

Hello all,

I have stopped proatap 3 months ago as reached the maximum length of time allowed and currently on progesterone only pill

I have noticed I have a pain at the site of injection with a small lump I can feel under my skin but its been months since I stopped! How is that possible? It is tender and sore like when I used to have the injection... it is so strange as I have been ok past 2 months. I feel like I had an injection a few days ago but I haven't!

Anybody experienced the same?
