Pregnancy and endometriosis

Are the pregnancy symptoms when you have endometriosis any different? Do you get more pain or less?

I have been trying for a baby for over a year now and no luck! I generally have periods every 8 days and it has been like that for a year. I haven’t had a period for 4 weeks which is really odd, my pain is different but I really don’t want to get my hopes up. I’m nervous to do a test.
