I've had endometriosis for around 20 years & over the last few years the bloating has got worse. But I've now got to a large Endo Belly stage & really not enjoying it! I have to try to do something to ease this pain. So if you too swell up like a balloon etc what have you found helps? What foods do you find are best to avoid & do you avoid them completely or just at certain times of the month?
