Mefanamic acid or cocodomol?

Hi, just finished my period and having endo pains! Could this be due to the time of ovulation?

I was recently prescribed mefanamic acid and tranexamic acid. So I took the tranexamic acid whilst on my period which reduced my heavy bleed (thank goodness, as I've been iron anaemic and need transfusions)

I'm just wondering for pain during / after period, will mefanamic acid help? Or is cocodomol stronger?

Supposedly cocodomol is stronger. At least my GP usually advises not to go to the strongest stuff. But mefanamic doesn’t work for me. Not sure what’s the compounds etc, but ibuprofen works better than mefanamic for me. Must be the anti-inflammation effect of ibuprofen. But I ended up taking a stomach protector so I could up my ibuprofen dosage.
