Had my 8th lap on 7th Sept, already had a hysterectomy (leaving 1 ovary) due to endo, still experiencing pain that has gradually got worse. Also got diagnosed last year with IC. Only this time round my consultant advises he has taken a patch from my Inguinal Canal for biopsy as he waa convinced it is endo, still waiting for hystology report at minute! I’ve read that to have endo in this area is extremely rare, like 0.06%! I’m just so fed up of it all, I’m still in pain now & am sure on my follow up he is going to discuss further surgery. I wish he would take my remaining ovary as it’s obviously still the hormones causing the endo to grow. Just want a pain free life.
