i have constant nausea always, worst in the AM with stomach pains all day and bloating. lightheadedness very often and constant constipation problems. Doctors find nothing. any ideas? *psa ever since i started having these issues i’ve been eating light, soups, lots of water, clear sodas, apples toast bananas and that’s it. nothing to truly upset my stomach.

For me - I found the acid in apples can make me feel worse, and bananas can be too sugary so make me bloat.

I've had 24/7 nausea for the last 3 months, and discovered Ginger tea gives the best relief but also suck on Foxs mints as theyre made with peppermint oil which also soothes nausea.

Hope you find something that helps. X
