PMS after laparoscopy

Hi all, I'm coming up to my second period since having a laparoscopy that removed endo, fibroids and cysts. The lap went well and I recovered physically really quickly afterwards. In the run up to my first period after it I had awful PMS - horrendous moods, crying at the drop of a hat, stupid fights with husband, feeling completely negative and miserable. Coming up to second period now and I'm the same. I've always had mood swings at this time of cycle but these are far more extreme.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, I'm really hoping that the lap impacts hormones somehow and that things will settle down.

Thanks
