Meet up in London

Hi,

I’m 30 and live in London. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for 2.5 years. After being diagnosed with severe endometriosis last Dec, I had a first IVF cycle in June that ended up with a silent miscarriage at 9 weeks a few weeks ago.

I feel emotionally exhausted, socially isolated and deeply sad. I’ve started seeing a therapist to help me cope with the situation, but I also would like to meet people who are in a similar situation or who just find the whole IVF process/infertility issues difficult to cope with. Is there anyone who would like to meet in person or have a call/ Zoom call, so we can share personal experiences and give each other’s support? I don’t know if such groups or meetings already exist. If they do, please let me know, I want to join :)

Valérie

Hi Valérie,

Endometriosis UK run support groups across the UK which may be something you'd be interested in getting involved in. I have linked the support page below.

Each group also runs a Facebook page

I hope you find this helpful
