Just a quick q. Does anyone else experience dull, achey legs? This afternoon/evening it’s been bugging me like mad! I’ve seen it’s possible to get sciatic endometriosis if it’s by that nerve, but wanted to check that someone else has experienced it?! It’ll put my mind at ease.
Thank you so much.

im not diagnosed yet but my symptoms have been changing. since ovulation ive had achey legs!!! so its been about 11 days since im due for my period in 3 days!
Yes!! This is one of my main symptoms and especially at night it can be unbearable. My legs feel like I haven’t sat down in hours and the pain even goes down to my toes! I’ve got endo in my pelvic wall and wondering if it’s on my sciatic nerve. Still waiting for an appointment to see the consultant (one in March was cancelled due to COVID). It’s an horrendous pain at times
I’m so glad someone else is out there. It nagged away at me a lot last night. I’m still waiting for my follow up appointment too! Really hoping it’s this month like they say it should be. X
Yes. I have a lot of bowel Endo so it really affects my legs and feet. I have neuropathy in them because of it. Magnesium is going to become your best friend. I take 4 capsules at bed time. I also do a 20 min soak in a tub of 2 cups of Epsom (magnesium!) every night. You may want to find a pelvic physio that specializes in female issues. They can give you exercises to strengthen and gently stretch those muscles every day. Also don’t cross your legs, try and sit in the butterfly position for at least 5 mins a day. It will help to relax those tight leg and hip muscles.
