Belly button pain

Last 2-3 days I’ve had belly button pain slightly when I walk and I press my belly button. Along with the general Endo pain in my lower back and thighs. I was worried about appendix but 3 days on I’m still in the same amount of pain and I’m not in agony so I don’t think it’s that. I’ve never had belly button pain before with Endo so I’m just a bit worried.

Hi Kate345,

I have recently found I have belly button pain, randomly if its agrovated by high waisted jeans or leggings. It hasn't worried me too much as it is mild pain, however, it does grose me out quite a bit.

I had my first Laproscopy 18 months ago, and I wonder whether its just ambilical tissue and scare tissues pushing together 🤷‍♀️

I would make a diary, of days when you have pain, write down what youve eaten, worn, how youve felt mentally, and if you go to the doctors in the future you may find you have a pattern forming of when you experience pains 👍

Best wishes.
