Getting rid of gas!

Hi any advice on getting rid of the extra gas thats not peppermint? I tried the peppermint tea and it’s gross. Xx

I found moving about did the job better than peppermint tea. Even if it's just pacing about your room it still works.

Charcoal tablets or biscuits can help, it’s an old style remedy, I’ve not tried them, but heard they have worked from people.

Nettle tea

My mother in law suggested lemon sherbets when I had my lap as it helped her after hers. I didn't try them though x

You can get peppermint tablets from shops like Holland and Barrett which really helped after mine xx

I had my lap a few weeks ago and the gas pain in my shoulder after was awful! Peppermint tea didn’t really help for me I just tried to pace around and had some fizzy sugar free drinks to burp out the excess gas which helped a little bit xx

I have Sainsburys chocolate mint creams. They help as does downing a can of full fat coke. hot chocolate works for me as well.
