Hi I was dreading that when I had my first lap in March as had heard so many stories but I had peppermint capsules and the tea and just sucked on mints for a few day’s and didn’t have any discomfort from gas-whether because I was so sick post GA it cleared it I’m not sure x good luck x

Move move move! Although.. Don't move and relax 😂😂. My gas was absolutely awful, it was worse around day 3 too. Going from sitting to laying or vice versa was agonising, so if anything I'd recommend getting comfortable in one position. The gas wasn't painful when I was walking but obviously I was sore so didn't move around much either.I wanted to chop my arms off last week 😬

Peppermint tea or ginger tea. Also, half a teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) with a pinch of salt (mix together on ur palm) swallow without chewing and chase with warm water.
