Hi, I dont want to sound too crude etc.
However, does anyone get endo pains, like stabbing shooting pains when going a wee in the lower belly but also in the lower back when going to the toilet too, as in bowel pain?
Thanks

Have you mentioned to GP?
Not crude at all. And I don’t know about anyone else but yes. I suffer with that too.
Hi, So i had my first lap surgery last ur Aug 2019. After surgery I was experiencing the exact pain bowel area and also stomach i thought it was due to healing. In December I went in for my follow-up i told the my specialist about these pains he done a urine test and said I had a silent bladder infection and gave a a strong dose of antibiotics to take. He said next time I need to seek medical treatment ASAP. After the antibiotics all the pain had gone.
During locked down the pain started again, i thought it was endo flare up but it got worse within 2 days, I went and saw a gp and he done a dip urine test and said I had UTI again. He gave a 3 day antibiotics and now the pain is gone.
It is more likely that its a bladder infection hence why we experience the pain in the bowel area and stomach. Please do a telephone or face to face app with gp and tell them the pain they will give you antibiotics for it.
Good Luck x
Yes! When I’m having a flare up it feels like needles going up my lower back. I have endo around my pouch of douglas and apparently that can cause it. My gynae prescribed me fybrogel and lactulose x
Yes I get this too but only around my period. The bladder pain is like a heavy feeling and the bowel pain varies each cycle but it can be agonising. It’s weird because endo was found on my bladder but not my bowel. The removal of the endo made no difference either which worries me that there could be something else going on.
