Pain for 4 days

Hi ladies ,

Just wondering if any of you had experienced what I currently am. I have suspected endometriosis and IBS and I’m pretty sure it’s just a bad flare up. The past 4 days I have had a constant pain fluctuating between sharp and a dull ache around my belly button. It can move up slightly and down to my lower abdomen .

I have taken ibuprofen, paracetamol and some IBS capsules but nothing seems to be helping ?

Hi,

Have you tried some magnesium spray around the area to give you a bit of a releif? Or even take some liquid magnesium before bed...

I experience this when a uti is about to start, it's like a constant dull ache around my bellybutton and a stabbing pain in different spots around it. Could be something similar?
