Struggling with persistent back pain. Tips?

Hi all. I've been struggling the last few days with dreadful mid to lower back pain which isn't a typical symptom for me. I'm using my CBD oil as usual, amitriptyline, cocodamol, deep heat and hot baths but I'm still finding it difficult. I have to sit at a desk most of the day to work, but I'm finding it hard to sit still. The pain doesn't ease or go away when I rest or lie down, but does feel feel like it worsens as the day progresses. Any tips or tricks for dealing with persistent back pain will be hugely appreciated!

Hope you're all coping well in lockdown <3

Hi, can you get a stand up desk at work?, also have you tried the woman’s heat patches from Poundland, stick on underwear & lasts a good 8 hours - really helped me as I suffered more so there than anywhere else.
