This is a new one for me. Only started happening lately. I don't even know why that is. But when I get my endo flare-up I feel both sides of my waist just ache. Nothing in back or front, just sides( where you put your hands on your hips)
Anyone know what this new addition to the endo family is?! Anyone get this?

Yep it’s end Growing on your pelvic wall reason I can’t sleep on my sides I suffered with it badly for at least a year till it seemed to die out

That must have been terrible! Did you get scanned for that? Is that how they knew? Yes it hurts to sleep on my side too.
Great that it died out. Is that because of the diet you're on?
Here's hoping this just ends sooner rather than later. I don't think i can handle anymore symptoms atm, I am maxed out 😁

I really don’t know why it went I can only assume it’s because I made big changes to my diet only then did my endo change my life I was not scanned for it but as I tell most people most of my endo is directly under the skin my specialist informed me this after Pelvic exam as he could feel most of mine in my pelvis including hip area
Can endo grow under your skin? 😕 How? I am really intrugued to know. I always thought that that burning pain i feel on my skin or just under it is just nerve damage pain. It's what doctors told me anyway.

It’s called superficial endo it’s on the surface I also have a pelvic endometrioma and nodules
Oh dear. 
..How was that diagnosed? Scan or surgery? I think i have those too. So many lumps across my scar, and 2 large ones on either side so i think its also scar endo....Oh happy days 😁

I feel for you I've had this pain for ages it's head doing, like Afrohair said I can't sleep on a side when I have this pain too, it's so frustrating especially when you're used to sleeping on a side, mine comes n goes everyday hope it buggers off soon for you, it's in my back n lower abdomen at the min so can't sleep now, I'm so tired too 😟 xx
Oh no... so sorry you're still going through this. That must be awful.
My lower abdomen and back is just maxed out at the moment. However this is new. Was really hoping it wasn't the endo...but there you have it! All roads lead to Rome!
Hope you get some relief. The things we go through. I am tired too, can't sleep well when I have it. Been like this for 5 days. REALLY tired too!
