RV Issues during flare

Does any one really struggle with their RV symptoms during flares? I was ambulanced to hospital early hours Weds morn with severe flare up which started last Thurs and I'm still here now 😔 It had got to point where right side of rectum is completely blocked, I was struggling to open my bladder and when I did manage to wee my bowels would just be liquidy around the rectal mass but almost coming out in the wrong place if that makes sense. It was causing shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing and feeling really dehydrated which still do. It feels like a 'mass' on the right side which causes pain all down right leg, bum cheek, groin and back. I've had 2 enemas in hospital and still hasn't shifted. It's likely I'll be having another one then most likely an old fashioned enema that's what it took last time. I'm normally a really positive half glass full person but broke down in tears this morning after 2nd failed enema as feels like I'm fighting a losing battle 😢 Can anyone else relate?? X
