Trying for a baby

Hi all, I had my Mirena coil removed back in March and had 2 periods since. Started trying for a baby this week. I have the Ovia Fertility app which i'm to track my periods and cervical fluid. Should i be having sex everyday on the fertile week? and don't need to the rest of the month? Also should my partner be taking any vitamins and supplements? I'm taking Pregnacare conception tablets. Feel a bit like i don't know what i'm doing. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

The best way is to have sex every 2-3 days throughout your entire cycle. You will end up with immature sperm if you do it every day potentially reducing your chances. On average a couple has a 25% chance each month to get get pregnant and it can take a healthy couple a year to fall pregnant so don’t worry if it doesn’t happen straight away. It wouldn’t hurt if he took them. Have a look at the nhs website and type in trying to conceive. Hope that helps x
